Anna May Cory's family history goes back to the Westside of Cleveland. Charles P. Cory, REALTOR®, was located in Lakewood, Ohio. He was in real estate from 1928 until his passing in 1967. His high standards and courteous service made the "Cory Rental and Sales" the leading offices in the community.

In 1968, Anna May Cory purchased Hobart Health Foods from her father's estate and with her partner Bob Uveges, built it into a successful chain of stores in Lakewood, Parma, North Olmsted and Elyria, Ohio and further branching to Aspen, Colorado in 1978. In 1989, the couple founded and ran the Prickly Pear Restaurant in Sedona, AZ. The menu had many whole grain and healthful items for you to enjoy.
Anna May made her first investment in real estate in 1971. It was a commercial building in Lakewood, Ohio with 4 retail storefronts, 8 apartments and 1 Residential home. Since then she has bought and sold investment properties and currently owns rental properties and the business in Cottonwood, The Pines Motel. She currently is a Real Estate Broker of the CoryTeam real estate team. |

Bob Uveges was born in Cleveland Ohio to 1st generation Hungarians. Living on a farm, he grew up helping his brothers build houses in the rural area where he learned at an early age to swing a hammer and drive a John Deer tractor. Later, he studied Industrial Engineering at college and went to work for Trane Air Conditioning and afterwards returned with his brothers to build barns.

He met Anna May and went into business with her in the health food business and then moved to Aspen, Colorado where, in addition to his own businesses, worked at local theaters building sets and acting as a stage manager. It was then the words "Bob You Fix It" was coined as he became the man who could fix everything! |

| Now, running the Pines Motel with Anna May, Bob occasionally gets some free time to ride his Harley Davidson Motorcycle. |
